345wim Terms & Conditions

§ 01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345wim ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://345wim.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 345wim Platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, instant win products, and all associated features — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 345wim Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 345wim.

§ 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 345wim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 345wim operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to verify your age at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 345wim or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• You must not already hold an existing 345wim account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid date of birth, a working email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

345wim reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time when the Company suspects account irregularities. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 345wim may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

§ 03 Account Management

Each registered Player is responsible for all activity conducted through their 345wim account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform using your account.

345wim staff will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 345wim that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 345wim customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending KYC reviews.

345wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: identity fraud, multiple account operation, bonus abuse, money laundering, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or any other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

345wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on your selected payment method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until full verification is complete.
• 345wim targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 business hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or mobile money provider's processing times.
• 345wim does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 345wim accepts no responsibility.
• Any deposits made using payment methods not registered in your 345wim account name may be declined or refunded at 345wim's sole discretion.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

345wim offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the bonus terms. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Minimum Odds (Sports): Where a sports betting bonus is offered, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified in the promotion details. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering completion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless 345wim explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse & Misuse: 345wim reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

345wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email to registered Players where reasonably practicable.

§ 06 Gaming Rules & Betting

All casino games available on 345wim use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. 345wim does not manipulate game outcomes or adjust RTP settings on a per-account or per-session basis.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, and UFC markets, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being published, 345wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player wallets.
• Settlement of sports bets will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the event concludes.
• Abandoned or postponed events will be handled in accordance with 345wim's specific sport-by-sport rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per Player. These limits are dynamic and may be adjusted by 345wim without prior notice based on market conditions and risk management requirements.

In the event of a dispute over game outcome or bet settlement, the record maintained in 345wim's servers shall be deemed authoritative. Players must raise disputes within 30 days of the event in question by contacting [email protected].

§ 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345wim Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform features.
• Colluding with other Players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed error are void.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using 345wim bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid AML monitoring thresholds.
• Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services from 345wim.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 345wim staff or other Players through any communication channel.

§ 08 Responsible Gaming

345wim is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care towards Players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 345wim accounts at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 345wim wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a set duration in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net profit/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 345wim Platform. Short-term exclusions (30, 60, or 90 days) and permanent exclusions are both available. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request full account closure at any time.

§ 09 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 345wim Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, text, marketing materials, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345wim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345wim Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any 345wim software; or use any 345wim branding or trademarks without prior written consent from the Company.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wim and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service during live in-play events; errors in game outcome displays; or unauthorised access to your account by a third party where 345wim was not negligent in its security obligations.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345wim makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, 345wim's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 345wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

§ 11 Privacy & Data

345wim collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: using your personal information solely for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and personalised gaming experience delivery; never selling your personal data to unaffiliated third parties; and retaining your data for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

§ 12 Amendments to These Terms

345wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 345wim will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify an effective date, and continued use of the Platform after that date will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the revised Terms. Balances will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4 above.

§ 13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345wim holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 345wim's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 14) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 345wim from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.

345wim operates a formal internal dispute resolution process. All complaints submitted in writing to [email protected] will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 345wim's international gaming licence.
